Spinnaker Fuel Tax Program - My Fuel Tax is a program specifically written to ease the painstaking process of preparing your quarterly fuel taxes. It will work for individual owner operators and small fleets. If you have Microsoft Excel, it can also generate the NY HUT, OR HUT, NMWDT, and KYWDT Report. We are working on the forms for all individual jurisdictions (we have AB, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, PQ, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI and WV). The status of the program until registration is demo ware, which transforms into the full package when registration is completed.

Furthermore, modification, or alteration of the software is prohibited.

MULTI-SYSTEM INSTALLATION

After consulting SSS, you may install Spinnaker Shareware Add-ins on two computer systems, subject to the condition that only one such system will be in use at any given time. Example: you may install the software on an office system and a home system.

DISASSEMBLY

You may not reverse-assemble or reverse-compile any component of Spinnaker Shareware Add-ins.

Spinnaker Shareware Add-ins and ancillary material are copyrighted by SSS. Do not delete the copyright notice, trademarks, or protective notice from your copy, or any copy you make.

WARRANTY

SSS does not warrant that the software will be free from errors or will meet your specific requirements. The software is made available to you "as is."

LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY

SSS makes no warranty or condition, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the software. In no event shall SSS or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of use or data, or interruption of business, whether the alleged damages are labeled in tort, contract or indemnity.
